This Privacy Policy explains how Horse Wars: Knight Battles (“the Game”) handles information when you play the Game. If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the Game.
Before publishing: Replace the contact placeholder at the end with a monitored email address. Update this policy if advertising, analytics, payments, or other data-processing services are added.
1. Information We May Process
Depending on the features you use, the Game may process:
- Account information: player name, password, and selected character option submitted during registration or login.
- Game profile and progress: rank, experience points, squad membership, readiness status, and match-related settings or results.
- Gameplay and technical information: information needed to operate multiplayer sessions, synchronize lobby or match activity, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Information you submit: information included in requests such as creating or joining a squad.
Please do not use your real name or other sensitive personal information as your public player name.
2. How Information Is Used
Information may be used to create and manage accounts, authenticate logins, maintain game progress and ranks, operate squads and multiplayer matches, provide requested features, protect the Game against abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
3. Where Information Is Processed
The Game communicates with its game service at horsewars.lol for account and gameplay features. Information submitted through those features may be transmitted to and processed by that service. Network and infrastructure providers may also process technical connection information as part of normal operation.
4. Storage on Your Device
The current web version stores login details in your browser’s local storage to support automatic login. Anyone with access to your unlocked device or browser profile may be able to access information stored there. Use a strong, unique password, avoid shared devices, and clear the Game’s site data when appropriate. Local storage should not be treated as a secure password vault.
5. Sharing of Information
Information may be visible to other players where needed for multiplayer features, such as player names, squad membership, readiness, or game results. Information may also be processed by service providers operating the Game’s hosting or networking infrastructure, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the Game, its users, or others.
This policy does not assert that the Game uses advertising or analytics services. If such services are added, update this policy and provide any required disclosures or consent before enabling them.
6. Data Retention and Security
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide account, progression, multiplayer, security, and troubleshooting features, or as required by law. Reasonable measures may be used to protect information, but no website, device, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your Choices and Requests
You can stop playing at any time and remove locally stored Game data by clearing the relevant browser or app data. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information held by the game service, contact the Game operator below. We may need to verify your request, and some information may need to be retained for operational or legal reasons.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Game is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact the Game operator so the matter can be reviewed.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Game may rely on external hosting, content delivery, or software libraries. Those services may process technical information under their own terms and privacy policies. This policy does not cover third-party websites or services the Game operator does not control.

This policy may be updated when the Game’s features or practices change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
